Had corresponded with the "guide" several times, with repeated requests for an itinerary. However, the "guide" maintained that they discuss it upon his arrival. Nevertheless, he drafted up something for reference and emailed to the "guide". No luck with feedback on feasibility of the schedule. Also, he turned out to be more of a driver, never walking through the places with them, with the exception of the coffee farm visit. A very roadworthy driver though.

Day 2 (28 June 2011) - Ubud on their own
Sukawati market - Tegenungan Waterfalls - Tegallalang rice terraces - Mount Batur - Coffee farm - Pura Tirta Empul
Cancelled, the guide's vehicle broke down on that morning itself. Had Babi Guling at Ibu Oka and explored Ubud Market.
Day 3 (29 June 2011) - Tour up north to Kintamani
Pura Ulun Danu Bratan - Strawberry park - Gitgit Waterfall - Pura Taman Ayun - Pura Tanah Lot
Pura Tirta Empul (the guide asserted that the market there was cheapest, even cheaper than Sukawati) - Kintamani (Mount Batur) - Coffee farm - Tegallalang rice terraces
Day 4 (30 June 2011) - Hotel switch to Tunjung Mas Bungalows and Ubud on their own again
Buffer of the later half of the day to make up for any slip ups.
Explored Jalan Hanoman, Jalan Dewi Sita, Ubud Market and Jalan Monkey Forest

Day 5 (01 July 2011) - Tour to the south and back home
Krisna shop - Pantai Gerger - Pura Luhur Uluwatu - Padang Padang beach - Jimbaran Beach
Pura Taman Ayun - Tanah Lot - Krisna shop - Padang Padang beach - Pura Luhur Uluwatu
A little disappointed to miss that few stops. Pura Ulun Danu Bratan, Pantai Gerger and either of the waterfalls. Totally loved the stay at Nefatari though.
